ABS Modulator Question

I have a 2002 Landrover Discovery with 85,000 miles. 3 amigos. Replaced shuttle valve and still have them. Mechanic advised new modulator is the next step. The # on the current unit is SRB101241. Will SRB101203 work? I found this one in a low mileage 2003 Discovery that had been totaled that did not have the 3 amigos.

I am pretty sure the two are interchangeable, easy way to find out is go on to atlantic british's web site and look the parts up.
