AC Drain Hose?

I have a 98 Land Rover Discovery I w/ 4.0L and I have read that the reason my floorboard maybe wet on the passanger side is due to a cloged AC drain hose. My Question is where is the hose ( in the engine conpartment or the undercarraige) ** hard is it to get to? I was going to try spraying a clorox water mix to clear mildew. Sorry about the spelling
