Got the Rear Heater AC setup?
Do you have the rear heater / AC setup? If you have, did it quit as well?
A problem in the front system does not necessarily mean the rear system will not work. Also does the heater work? I see that the front fan works so maybe it is just the R134a has leaked out and needs a recharge.
When I did the recharge, I used the R134a with UV dye to make finding leaks easier the next time.

could be many things . easiest thing would be to check the pressure. Even easier hook up a good scanner and see what fault code is stored in the hvac module

You are most likely low on 134 which is an easy thing to correct by buying a large can of freon, including the hose and gauge, follow the direction and you should be fine.
