I own a 96 Disco V8 Auto and received it back from a gearbox centre who replaced the "cluth" plates after water entered into the box. Now, when I get going in the morning (with engine, gearbox and ATF cold) I don't get gears, untill I let it idle for a few minutes to gain engine temperature and then it's fine. I want to take it back to the butcher that worked on my gearbox, but want some knowledge about the problem before I go...Please help.

Sounds to me like the pump in the Autobox may be on its way out...
