Cool maneuver. Any videos of a land rover on that trip? I have a feeling that with HDC and the right Terrain Response setting, there would be less sliding and wheel spin.

Well...Bill Burke drives a D90, so there are pictures of that, but otherwise, it was a Toyota event. I asked Bill if the LR3 could do it, and he said, yes, that'd he'd done it in the exact same slope not too long ago with a Land Rover corporate group.
