I have a 97 discovery with 110k on it, auto trans.
I am having an intermitten problem with the power windows, blower motor for the heat, and the wipers. They all come and go at the same time. Along with these problems comes a grinding when shifting in and out of park. My first thought is a common ground but I have no where to look.
Has anybody had this problem before? if so what was the cure.
Thanks for any insight you may have.

Front or rear power window issues and what is the issue?

Blower motor - if you mean it is on high and cuts out... move to a low setting then back it should come on... cheap switches.

Wipers same as blower motor... cheap switches, you can replace or just play with it. Mine when it is cold I have to hold the instant on down until it warms up enough to use.
