Can't get fuel to the plugs

for some reason i'm not getting any fuel to the plugs in my 1995 D90. I checked the fuel line and I am getting fuel all the way up to the fuel rail, but gas is not getting through the injectors to the plugs. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the fuses that power your injectors?
Have you checked for any OBD1 fault codes?

I will check those fuses and get back to you. Also, I am new to the Rover world so excuse my ignorance, but what exactly are OBD1 Fault codes?
