Cd changer problem! Help pls!

Dear all,

Today, after i've changed the cd from the cd changer, the stereo station did not detect the cds and was displaying "NO MAGAZINE". Can someone help me to solve this situation? I've tried getting the "Magazine" out and reinsert it but the "Magazine" did not pop out as usual and it was stuck in the cd changer.

the cd changer itself should have a reset button, try lookin' for it, if you're unable to locate it try disconnecting the neg. battery cable and reconnect. this worked on my other vehicles

where can i find the reset button for the cd changer..... is it on the stereo control system or the cd changer itself situated under the passenger front seat?
