Do durable side wall tires exist for the LR4?

I have the Toyo Open Country AT3 and have been happy with them. For sure better than the Nokian 4-season street tires I had before. Is there a chance those tires are the original ones? My spare had the original tire, so when I switched to the AT3 I got a set of 5 tires. I got the 255/60R19, which are slightly taller sidewall (I think it works out to 31.5"), no trouble, would recommend.
They are the original make/model but not original tires. They had probably 10k mi on them when I bought it, plenty of tread left.

One big advantage of the factory tires is when I'm on private roads in Mexico I can do 115 MPH to beat those people that want to drive 5 under, but when I go to pass suddenly they want to go 100 MPH. I had to do 115 MPH to put some distance on him.

The factory tires are rated to 160 MPH and the BFG Trail Terrains are H rated/130 MPH which is fast enough, but reviews show people are having balancing issues with them brand new off the shelf and also after 10k miles so I don't want the BFG Trail Terrains anymore.

I need to do at least 115 MPH maybe 100 MPH, but if I get new rims (which I'm not ready for budget wise) then I'd get the BFG TA KO2's and sacrifice speed because they can only do 100 MPH.

I appreciate the suggestions, I'm going to research them all and hopefully find a solution.

Open Country AT3 at 255/60R19 and I air down to 20 PSI. Has been great.
With the extra side wall, will you rub if the air suspension drops to its bump stops? I drove on bump stops for the first time today so now I'm thinking oversized tires or too oversized tires would have stranded me right there in the middle of the road.

No. I actually blew out my front driver side air strut in the middle of Moab and was able to drive it out of the trail. The air suspension didn’t completely collapse though.

255/60R19 is basically the maximum sized tire without any mods and no worries. I believe it’s roughly a 31” diameter.

"Too oversized" is key. Given what you are doing, you could find yourself in the middle of nowhere and unable to roll. 255-60-19 at 31" overall tire size is about max without 'fixed' suspension mods, for whatever wheel size. 30.5" is safe. Speed vs. off-road is apples and oranges. Suggest maybe you drive to the tire store and get some decent all-terrains (good suggestions here)..and adventure on! (maybe just slow down?) DuraTracs are also a 19" option, but expensive and people either love'm or hate'm. Also, there are numerous wheel size/tire size threads on here. And don't buy into the 'lift-rods will solve the size problem'.

I realized that if I get tires now then the tire shop is likely going to spin the caps on the lug nuts with the impact. I'm already planning to release the spare on my own and put it up on my own so they don't take the impact wrench to the winch and break it too.
I like the Toyo AT3 tread pattern, I'm probably going to Discount Tire to get them since in WA they use a torque wrench on the lug nuts instead of just keeping the trigger on the air gun until it doesn't spin anymore.

Spend an extra $40 and get the solid metal lugs of Amazon? I got the Eisen brand ones and they've worked well. Or pick up the gorilla ones from summit racing but they're much more expensive.
