In the PM screens with Mike, I did not see the ATTACH FILES button, just the POST REPLY button, sooooo... I will try to attach the helpful files I have for the timing/cooling work.
I also have a torques file that is too big even when zipped. And I have the service guide PDF which I know for sure is too big to send. I guess PM me if those are desired and we can arrange another way.

Actually, the online link posted by Powershift is the same as the local copy I have on my laptop. Perhaps you can download it, but with his online version I cannot find a way to show the bookmarks/index on the right side.. which to me is a must to find things in this massive doc.
Whatever local PDF reader I have on my laptop has the upper left Menu button which you can follow to the Bookmarks item and click that. It gives you a nice table of contents on the right.
You can follow the page numbers on the right to keep notes on where a specific thing is. Not sure why bloody forum ATTACH is adding multiple copies, but hopefully the two I want are there . Need more coffee...

If you have any questions on the diy timing chain, pm/dm me. After doing it +6x there's a lot of lessons I learned along the way. One of the major lessons is taking apart the vvt cam gears and cleaning them properly. You will have to torque it down according to the workshop manual. I didn't do this part on my 1st time around as I mentioned in the diy thread.

That's frustrating, paying for a "service manual" padded with owner's manual content instead of real repair procedures. Since Lucky8 and OTP haven't helped, it may be worth disputing the charge if you paid by card. For genuine documentation, Land Rover's TOPIx system is your best bet, or ALLDATA/Mitchell1 as a cheaper alternative, both typically cover timing chain jobs properly. Also worth checking LR4 forums, since owners doing this job often post detailed photos and steps.
