Cigarette Ligher or Power outlet in Second or Third Row?

Does the LR3 have either a cigarette lighter (accessory plug) or AC power outlet in either the second or third row - place to plug your laptop into while watching a movie?

Cig/Acc port in 2nd and 3rd row. Well, not always 3rd row... if you don't have a 3rd row.

My '05 V8 SE has a "cigarette-lighter" style outlet in front of the second row, built into the console between the front two bucket seats. And, it has one on the left side of the third row.

Thanks for the response - for clarification - this would be in an '07 US spec HSE.

Yes, the HSE's have them in 2nd and 3rd row, but they are switched. In other words, key has to be on.
