I'm working on a 96 Disco that someone else put 3 engines into. The engine in it now has a bent Crankshaft Position sensor and I am trying to find out if it is missing a spacer or if the reluctor ring is loose. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No spacer that I remember. Have you checked the RAVE manual? if not download and review.

Pretty sure that's where I saw that it takes different spacers for manual or automatic. And I've seen a lot of post saying to make sure and put it back on installing

Oh, sorry I sadly don't recall as it has been a while since I changed one. I think the manual sensor requires a pigtail and is slightly different.
