I've done a lot of research trying to get 18" BFG 265/65/R18s on my 2010 LR4. I came to the conclusion that the only "easy" way of doing this is ordering the expensive compmotive 18" wheels.

But before I place the order, does anyone have this rig? I don't want to make any modifications to accomodate the wheels/ tires but I heard you "may" need to do some plastic cutting, which I'd prefer to avoid. Anyone have any insight on this issue? Will I have to cut any plastic or make any mods to get these wheels and tires combo?

I'm also curious. And would the slightly larger 265/65/R18 mess up the speedometer/odometer readings?

Are you talking about the "Lee Press-On-Calipers" fake covers? De gustibus non est disputandum, just be aware that there is no more than perhaps a 1/4" clearance between caliper and wheel.
