I'm pretty sure that's the same one I used and it lasted about 3 years maybe a bit more. I figured one rebuild and then a new one...

Thanks for the link. I have taken a look at the compress before ordering and noticed that the T20 screws are really rusted. Do you all know where I can buy replacements?
