desperate for an answer.

I have replaced the head gaskets on a 99 landrover disco2. I have also replaced the thermostat and radiator. i have bled the coolant system. And i am still having heating problems,when it is idling. the valves begain to clatter on heat up. does anyone have an answer to my problem. you would be of great help.
