Disco 97 Hard to start

I Am New To This Forum,greeting To All.
I Have Recently Acquired A 97 Disco, It's In Good Condition Badywise, But It Have A Little Problem Is A Little Hard To Start When Is Cold.
One Is On You Can Turned Off And Start It Again No Problem, But If You Leaved It For About 15 To 20 Minutes Off And Try Again Will Be Hard To Start .
Please Help Me.

When you say hard to start, do you mean the engine will not turn over, or it turns over, but will not fire.

Can you provide any background info as far as maintenance goes:

Plugs/wires
fuel filter
oil changes
etc.... anything will help.
