Disco II 99 remote key problem

Hi,

I Just got Disco II, and i love the car, but this morning
I want to open the car and there is no response from the car...the door lock's doesn't open.
I'm afriad to open the door manual so the alarm will go off and it will irritat the nighbores
On the remote the little red light does flash when i push the buttons
I don't have another key, and I'm very much stuck now.

What should I do? if anyone ever experience that????

You can use the key to open the door as well as the remote... either one will unlock and turn off the alarm... sounds like a dead battery or a battery going dead in the remote.
