Can anyone help me please

Replaced front brake pads as Brake Pad Wear Alert came on

The light is still on after new pads fitted, any idea what I've done wrong? Think the sensor may not be fitted correctly, can't find any help on line, is anyone able to give me instructions or point me in eight direction

Thanks Sue

Did you replace the wear sensor as well? You need to replace the sensor.

Thanks Joey
I had tried to but obviously it was not positioned correctly, on trying to relocate it the plastic piece broke! So now I am going to have to replace the sensor totally.
Don't suppose anyone has any instructions?

Actually you can just make a wire that connects both wires together, but it will not show when the brakes are bad in the future. Did you have more than one sensor? I haven't worked on the newer Rovers.
