Hi all . I tried to do a tune up and had trouble. my rotor was stuck .It wouldnt come so i used a flat bladed screw driver to help it and gently popped it up . no go .tried harder and well no go . then a harder go and WHAM up it came. new plugs wires rotor timing light amd wow what a rough idle . advanced the light worse retared light even worse .checked the gap onthe plugs good checked wired good cleaned mass air screan very carefull there.......cap seating was tough but good ????rotor dose have 1/4 in play soooo i think i sheared the pin in the dist . wont idle very smooth. anyone ever rebuilt a dist? me never. want to learn. not afraid to screw up and do it over but i like to learn right and make it right . love my disco. its hurting i dont want it to hurt anymore .am i overlooking something ? help anyone?
