I cannot find this info anywhere and short of weighing each axle at a weigh scale I don't have an answer. Has anyone weighed their rig to determine a proper weight distribution? Usually reviewers list it in the specs but in this case nada.

Honestly i had these figures copy and pasted on my phone for a few years. I’m not sure if they’re valid, nor do i remember which forum i pulled these numbers from. I’m definitely thinking a euro forum though, but the US specs with our engines aren’t too much off from those numbers.

Those are gross weights though.

I recall reading somewhere that we're close to a 50/50 weight distribution, but I'd love to get some scales and measure it myself.

Thinking about doing something like this.

These I have but I want the weight distribution on each axle as it sits empty. A perfectly balanced auto is 50/50 while many fwd platforms are more like 60/40. I have always been curious about Land Rovers higher pressure in the rear tires vs the front and am trying to figure out why. I used to have a sticker on the fuel flap door on my LR3 that gave tire pressures loaded and unloaded. The unloaded was 36 psi all the way around IIRC. However I think due to lawyers in the USA they only give the 42 psi rear rating as it assumes the vehicle is fully loaded including a heavy tongue weight.
