Downshift kick when approaching a stop

Thought I'd update my transmission kick issue. It actually solved itself over the course of 3 weeks. I had scheduled a visit to the dealer, and before I could get the D3 in for service it corrected itself. I haven't a clue as to why it magically fixed itself, but for anybody who experiences the same symptoms, it may be an intermittent problem.

According to my SA, the self fix described can take care of your issue as well.

I'm skeptical, but he did mention it today.
