dsew bmw diesel bad starting hot & cold ? help

I Own A 97 Range Rover Dse Bmw 2.5 Diesel
When I First Bought This Vehicle It Was Bad To Start When Cold, And Started No Problem When Hot, Took It To A Land Rover Dealer ,replaced Glow Plugs (relieved Me Of A *** Of Cash For The Privalage?) Car Started No Problem When Cold.
Couple Of Months Later Car Difficult To Start When Hot,
After Putting Up With This For A Few Months I Now Find Car Is Difficult To Start Cold & Hot , I Have Replaced Glow Plugs Again + Fuel Filter Still No Change?
Does Anybody Have The Same Problem Or Any Ideas As To The Cause

Hmmm. Have you checked your injectors or fuel pump? Some of the injectors could be blocked.

new injetors fitted approx 5 months ago, car runs pefect when on the road,
very reluctant to think it is a faulty pump, any easy ways to check

i dont know of a bmw diesel rangey that starts good when hot!!

dont know how true this is, but was talkin to a range rover mechanic the other day and he says the hot starting problems are due to a faulty fuel pump in the tank. he says theres one on the engine aswell which is obviously still working.says it will run without the one in the tank ok, just slow start when hot.hope this helps
