Dunlop Radial Rover R/T, Any experience?

I'm in the market for a new set of tires and I'm looking at a set of Dunlop Radial Rover R/T 245/75/16

I own a 1999 Disco SD I with a stock lift.

Has anyone ever had any experience with this tire?

From what I read it seems as if this is a common tire size for people running on stock suspension. Has anyone ever experienced and rubbing from this size on any specific tire??

You might have some rubbing on this tire at full compression (it's taller than stock), and you might have to adjust the steering bumpstops a little, because it's wider than stock by 10mm.

Have heard good things about the Rover line of Dunlop tires.

I had 245/75/16 futura M/Ts on a stock suspension 97 disco and had to trim the rear fenders a little so they would'nt rub when stuffed. They did'nt rub up front when turned lock to lock, but each truck is a little different, but it's an easy fix if they do rub.

I now have 235/85/16 Dunlop R/T on the same truck with a lift. The R/Ts work much better on road than my old M/Ts. They are holding up very well so far (15,000 miles) and I have a feeling that they will go well into the 40,000 mile range. They don't work as well in thick mud as the M/Ts did, but they do fine in light mud, water, sand, and stuff. Good general purpose tire. Over all, I am happy with them, but will be getting an aggressive type mud tire when I get a daily driver.

Do you think I would have to do any fender trimming or use custom bumpers with 245/70/16?

Or what the largest tire I could safely go with without any modifications?
