Dvd car stereo question

I have a 89 range rover and the radio is almost vertical in front of th h/l shifter, im sure alot of you know this. Anyway, my question is, I want to install a slide out dvd head unit but not sure if the screen will tilt back far enough to see. Has anyone installed a unit like this? If so did it work? what about glare? any input would be nice. I havent purchased the radio yet but can get one so cheap i dont want to pass it up. but dont want a radio i cant use either. thnx, In advance.

I threw a in dash dvd that pops out in my 2000. on my model it has a tilt with memory setting so it comes out and stays at whatever angle you want. as for the glare it is good my ceiling mount one is another story bad glare but it was cheap so that why, the goods ones are better
