Electric Cooling Fan Relay 94 D1

I Have A Constant Clicking Noise Under The Passenger Footwell. It Appears To Be Coming From The Bank Of Relays. When I Am At An Idle You Can Hear The Relay Click And The Fans Come On, When I Am Driving Or Accelerating The Relay Is Going Nuts. The Aircond Is Not On The Temp Gague Is In the Middle And Actually Im Calling For Heat. Bad Relay, Loose Connection Suggestions Please!!!!!

I would start with the fans themselves. The relay may be going bad, but normally when a relay goes bad, it just goes bad.

It sounds more like a bad ground on the fans or the fans themselves are about to die.
