Floor Mats

Howdy everybody,

I'm the proud owner of a new to me 2006 LR3. In my eBay travels I picked up a set of OEM premium floor mats for the front and second row. The mats came with a set of 'screws' to secure them but I'm curious as to how they're installed. Can anyone with experience provide some guidance?

I have the full set of rubber mats, and did not use the screws. It makes it easier to clean them, especially when they have a bunch of sand/mud on them and you want to shake them out.

you line up the carpets where you want them. use an icepick or any sharp point and poke a small hole into the carpet, screw in the plastic knobs and attached the matts.

the plastic knobs are there for eliminating carpet slide.
