ive been having this problem where my front brakes lock up after driving it for it a while... seems to be a issue with heat (i think) beacause if you let the car cool down the brakes release and im able to drive again...ive been trying to figure out what the problem might be and this what i came up with....maybe the pads are sticking and after a while of driving they heat up causing the fluid to expand causing the brakes to lock up... i will check the pads ..btw i do know the master cyclinder was replaced prior to me purchasing the car...and i know there is an adjustment screw on the servo unit...not sure where that screw should be set.... any help would be appreciated

Dirty calipers? Worn out disc pads? When the disc pads get worn down the caliper cylinders push out further and further. Sometimes they get stuck and that keeps the pressure on the rotors.

Check the pads and replace. Clean the calipers. Get all the grease and dirt off them. Might have to replace calipers but unlikely.
