g force chip

I have a 2001 Land Rover Disco II. I was wondering if anyone has ever installed a G Force Chip into their Disco II or if its even compatible. I think it sounds to good to be true, I mean 60hp and 7mpg come on. Let me know thanks.

Anything that offers improved fuel economy is normally garbage, but to offer 60 hp on a Disco from a chip... serious garbage.
