I made my first cosmetic repair on my recently acquired LR4. The paint on the engine Start/Stop button was worn away. I bought an aftermarket cover, and it took about 10 minutes to disassemble the switch and install the new cover. I think this one improvement will increase the value by $$$! ;)

Part I bought on Amazon:

TTCR-II Compatible with 2010-2013 Range Rover Sport Push Start Stop Button Cap, for 2010-2016 Discovery LR4 Start Stop Engine Button Replacement, Replace LR014015

The disassembly and reassembly was a bit delicate. I found this video:
, that was very helpful especially where he suggest using a rubber band when reassembling.

When disassembling you have to slowly pry it apart at each tab. Once you get one tab pulled away the others are easier. I used Jewlers screw drivers.

The video also had another key bit of advice. When you disconnect the wire when removing the switch, don't let the wire slide back into the dash! He used a zip tie in the video.
