Headlights issue

Any idea what would cause one headlight to be real dim (on high & low beam) one minute and fine the next? It has happened a couple times with the passenger side headlight and now with the drivers side headlight.

There is a ground wire that is connected to the side of the engine compartment. Think you will find some corrosion where it is screwed into the sheet metal.
