Hello all.

Going to replace my front height sensors. Dealer says they replace the harness to the sensors also. What is that all about? I've only read and talked to individuals who have replaced the height sensor unit only. I'm not opposed to the harness too, sounds like good preventative maint. but I've never read that anywhere.

Thoughts?

I would inspect the wiring harnesses and if they need to be changed, then change them. Otherwise I wouldn't bother.

What Houm said... and also clean them. Spray with contact cleaner or something to remove as much dirt and grime as possible from the connector. :)

...and a little di-electric grease in the connector when you plug it in doesn't hurt!
