I have a 2010 LR4 it’s has no electrical power and will not start but the windows work. I’ve changed the battery and changed central junction box Still nothing. I don’t know what else it can possibly be has anyone else had this issue or can direct me on finding the issue.

Inspect the lead wires to the battery as well as the grounds and all wire looms. Could be sulfated connectors with poor continuity, broken wires (brittle or rodent bites). Listen for the starter; if you do not hear it, highly likely starter is bad.

No electrical power to the dash? So, when you get in and push the start/stop button without pushing the brake, no lights or anything? Or is it just no power to the starter?

By central junction box, do you mean the junction box under the dash (passenger side) or the engine junction box in the engine compartment?

If no power at all, I’m thinking maybe ignition relay. If no power to starter only but you have dash lights, then maybe starter relay or brake light switch (needs to activate to allow the starter relay to close). But if you replaced the engine junction box (including new relays), then the relays probably are not the issue.
