New so hello all. Can anyone help me i have a ranger rover 78 auto 3.9 and no one can work out why it revs and then the engine cuts out, usually when slowing down or at traffic lights. I love my car but may have to part - so sad

Welcome to the site first of all.

As far as you issues, can you tell us what work has been done to the Vehicle? Plugs, Wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, stepper motor, distributor cap, rotor button, etc....

Any info helps when dealing with issues... also mileage....

plugs, fuel pump, filter, brains, relays all been checked. Rover garage had the car 2 weeks said it was wires to relays not htat bin done so dont know what to think. Borrowed friends auto granada would you believe its got same probs! Thankyou for your reply
