Ok, so now I changed the fuel temp sensor, and got same problem.

I noticed something though. My condensor fans don't come on any more. I was looking at the electrical guide from RAVE, and it says the NAS vehicles have the fans come on when the fuel temp hits 70C and the water temp 110C.

The fans are supposed to run for 10 minutes after the truck is shut down to cool the system.

So, my system is generally good after a half hour cool down, which makes sense. When it is hot the fans run after shut down, and boom starts up again.

So, the question is this. Can a relay blow? The fans work when the ground wire is energized.

ARGH!!

Could be a bad relay, relays don't blow, but they can have bad or poor connections.
