How do I recieve privileges to post in the classified?

Looking to purchase an electronic pdf manual for 2013 LR4 and rims for the same as well.

Please let me know what I need to do to have access to post in the classified.

Per site owners you need to have 50 posts to access the classified, at least to post in wanted or for sale.

Not sure if they even make a PDF for the LR4.
