What's the easiest way to get the audio from the iPhone 4 to play in an 07 HSE? I've searched threads and mostly found information for RR or LR4.

1/8 inch jack cable to AUX

Agreed, you should have an AUX audio jack in the console for the rear seats. A cable out of the phone and into the jack should work.

As the others mentioned...the aux jack will work for you to get the music to the stereo. I messed around with that setup, using ground loop isolators and volume boosters as well because I like my music loud and for some reason they lowered the aux input on the stock setup.

If you ever decide to install an aftermarket screen at some point, you can see the photos here of the Pioneer unit I installed that controls the ipod/iphone integration (music, movies/videos), which also has better navigation and charges the iphone/ipod in the exact location as the stock setup.
