Well, two ways about it. Go to ebay and just trying to find some used headlight housings. Probably run you about $500 each for a good pair. You'll also need the iiD tool to tell the ECU that you've got xenons instead of halogens (but you'll wan't that tool as a Land Rover owner regardless). That's another $450 or so.
If you like the look of the 2014 and newer LR4s with the daytime running lights on the front, you can go with some Valeo housings from the UK. Just get the right-hand driving version. Those are about the same price. Then get a 2014+ grill from powerfuluk.com. Get the iiD tool too.
