Has anyone ever heard of these tires? They Have a 255 60 18 size. I can't seem to find any reviews on the tire.

Hi Roverall

I have a friend that is in the tire business and he recommended them to me. I was not going to put good years back on because I had to replace them at 11000 miles.. I have 20,000 miles on the kumoh tires and they are doing great (you can't notice any tire wear considering the weight of the LR3). I get many compliments on how quiet and smooth the ride is. The ones I have may not work for you if you are into serious off roading, but I have not had any problems!

Kuhmo Tires

I've run Kuhmo's for years on my Chevy truck and Honda Civic. They are an excellent tire and very long wearing. I'll most likely put them on the LR3 when it's time for my first set of tires. Some of their tires rate right up at the top with the best of the "big" name tires.

Kuhmo Tires

I am running the 265 R18 Ecsta STX. I only have couple hundred miles so far after I dumped the horrible Goodyear Wranglers. Great smooth quiet ride. Under hard left turn the frame rubs the tire. There is a strange bracket in the fender well that hits the tire. My guess is that it is a rollover bracket of some type.
Not a huge deal so far but just reminding the wife to take it easy in the parking lots.

i've had Kumho Solus tyres on my BMW 750 for about 20,000 miles now. they're very good - soft ride, decent handling and no noise.

they're good road tyres. don't think they'll be very good off-road though - soft compound!

I just put the Kumho tires on my 2005 LR3 and love them. The ride is significantly better and the tire noise is almost non existent compared to the GYR. Also the price I got them for was more than half what the dealership was going to charge me for the crap GYR ones that just do not last. I would recommend these tires to everyone.
