LR3 Heated Seats Working?!

It seems I have the opposite problem of most heated seats issues. My driver's side heated seat won't turn off. The console lights turn off but the seat remains on in the level 1 mode. Are there ideas of how I can debug this? I am thinking it would either be a relay or I need to reset the computer by battery disconnect. Am I on the right track?
