LR3/LR4 low profile G4 roof rack

Does the front facing portion of the rack have any sort of mounting tabs for lights or anything

I was going to make some aluminum tabs and mount them to the back with stainless machine screws, but never got around to it. This rack looks outstanding with a set of low profile rectangular spots.
