The land in Huntersville (West) is drying up. It is really getting filled with developments. 1/2 acre or so will push upwards to $70K around Kerns Road...Asbury Chapel East Huntersville has some lots around 1.2 Acres for $90K or so. Depending on what you put in the house, Granite,Hardwood,Tile etc etc will determine the cost

I live near there and the scene is fairly sparse, you'd be better off in a bigger location.
