Someone mentioned every 2-3 years...but the rate they build around me, I have more and more trips coming up in off-road country on the NAV!
The instructions on how to swap the DVD-ROM is in your manual, FYI. They probably release a revision at 12-18 month cycles... there is no "release date" on the disc label if I remember correctly.
They just increment the part # by 1 each release... the latest one probably ends with 5 in North America. But I've never seen one. My disc ended with 3.
