LR4 Mechanic wanted for 2012 LR4 owner in the New York LI area. Why? because I'm very mechanically inclined but not chancy and would like to learn... Another reason is cost. My Local LR dealer labor costs are out of my financial range....Idealy, I'd like a LR4 mechaic who works for LR but does side work...Even a lead to a local LR club would be great where I could talk person to person with others...I also wish there was a local LR4 hands-on course that I could take...A lot of wishful thinking I guess...Any recommendations or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you...
PS: I have a PDF service manual but with no index.
PS: I'm not infering that this LR forum hasn't helped me because it's just the opposite; This LR forum has helped me immensely to understand a lot.... but knowing, doing and having the right tools are another ballgame...
