LR4 Stick Shift vs. Range Rover Sport - Aftermarket?

Hey we are picking up an LR 4 - on order - but one of things I don't like about it is the stick shift and the plasticy set up vs. the RR Sport leather casing around the shift - does anyone know if there is an aftermarket fix to that? Can you change over the plastic shift to the leather? I don't necessarily need to change the shift just the casing around it. If you need photo's or this is not very clear - let me know. Thanks. TG
