Nope. Filling up with a 2nd tank of gas on the NEW truck and see if the mpg problem persists. I will take it to the dealer for analysis if it does next weekend. Will keep you all posted.askewed said:Thanks! Now have you done this yet?

As far as this thread goes, I'll chime in on my vehicle's performance (or lack there of). I have an 05 HSE with about 1200 miles of mixed driving (mostly highway). I've never cracked more than 11-12mpg or 260'ish miles on a full tank. Not complaining here, I love the truck otherwise and the dealership I purchased my LR3 from (Massapequa Land Rover, NY) has been aces since day 1. Thanks for the heads up on the possibility that the truck may need to be brought in for the "transport" fix. This may be a distinct possibility of my poor gas consumption. I'll post an update after I bring the truck in next week, going to have them look into that while they're installing my tail light guards. ( I draw the line when it comes to drilling into the car frame )
