Does anyone else get this? Randomly I come out to the car sometimes, start driving and find my side mirrors are not where I left them. This happens twice a week at least.

I had turned off the auto-dip for reverse a while ago. My motors were slowing down and the mirrors were having issues returning to the proper location. So, they should now always stay fixed.

If I hit the memory button they return to where they are supposed to be. Problem is, I usually don't notice they are off until I need to look in my mirror to see what the car next to me is doing!!

Do you have Lazy Entry enabled in the settings? Try turning it off for a week and see if the problem goes away.

I'll see if I have that feature on or not. Thanks for the tip.

The symptoms were the same in my 2006 Sport, and turning off Lazy Entry solved them. The permanent solution would be to replace the seat memory module, but it's an expensive part out of warranty, and if you are the only driver and/or always use the same key fob to unlock the car Lazy Entry is a useless feature anyway.

YES! Mine does the same thing nonstop and we are already on our second memory module. Many times I am merging onto the highway in the morning and look in the mirror to see the blacktop...useless and dangerous.

We have lazy entry turned off and sometimes the driver seat still reclines when you turn off the key. We joke that that the car is getting old and losing it's memory.

Like you noted, almost daily I push the memory recall button after starting the car just to get the seat & mirrors to move to where they belong.
