Looks like a plastic piece from the inside of the bumper reinforcer. If you look up that part number, you’ll pull some parts up on eBay. Zoom in on some of the reinforcer bars and it looks like a piece of plastic from the inner surface. E.g.: https://www.ebay.com/itm/164248557720.
