Can anyone verify for me that this is the 2008 disc?

Yep, that's the 2007-2008 version.

No problem, just remember that the 2007-8 version may not work so well... There's a TSB out there for this DVD, apparently a software glitch can cause wrong route calculations in several areas of the US. The TSB contains some hilarious examples! The good news is that, if your car is under warranty and you complain about this with your dealer, they should upgrade you to the 2009 version, FOC and no questions asked.
