Which hose do I remove to drain all or most of the coolant there are two on diver side on the bottom of the radiator?

That's the two that I removed, you'll still have some in the engine but this is the lowest point as far as I can tell.

Are these coolant hoses? Which to drain the coolant?

I think so, driver side in the US.

I noticed that the pipe that connects to water pump is cracked or looks like. What is it connected to? Is it part of the oil cooler, what part do need to replace, all of it or part? It also looks like there is an oil leak on the side of the alternator, the top more like a valve cover. Also by the crankshaft cover. The more I look at it the more things it needs to replace.

that pipe connects from the WP to the oil cooler; it is usually replaced when WP is replaced.

Valve cover gaskets get ******* the exhaust manifold side and will start leaking.

The pipe looks like it’s coming from the oil cooler and connects to water pump replacement pipe. Wanted to know if the whole oil cooler needed to be replaced or is connected to oil cooler underneath before I remove it.

that pipe is replaceable. twist and pull it off of the oil cooler. It may disintegrate as you remove it but they usually don't Make sure you remove the orings
