Ran MY13 VIN into Topix and got this notification:

I can't get into the content as I don't have access at that level...assuming this might be a trip to the dealer to get it done?

Looks like this is an update for the Symptom Driven Diagnostics system that the Dealer/technicians use to work on your vehicle with, not necessarily an software upgrade for LR4's.
